Father, who killed his 18-month girl in 2021, pleads to manslaughter

Travis Rodrigues, indicted in 2021 on second-degree murder in the killing of his 18-month-old daughter, Kytana Ancog, pleaded guilty Friday to the lesser charge of manslaughter in the Oahu Circuit Court.
