Kokua Line: How do Global Entry, TSA PreCheck and MPC work?

Question: Is Global Entry still closed at the Honolulu airport? If yes, will I go through a TSA PreCheck line? When I signed up for Global Entry, which costs more, they said it includes TSA PreCheck, but I don’t know how it works because this will be my first trip since signing up.
