Letter: Explore new uses for expanding Skyline

Lori Kahikina, Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation executive director and CEO, was given the green light by the Honolulu City Council to proceed with the minimum operable segment, or MOS, to explore and extend Skyline routes to the University of Hawaii at Manoa and further into Kapolei (“Council OKs HART rail planning to UH Manoa,” Star-Advertiser, Feb. 19).
