Hawaii National Guard helps with debris removal

As he was clearing debris out of a flood damaged home in Haleiwa on Wednesday, 23-year-old Paul Labiano was surprised to see a classmate of his from Kalakaua Middle School among a group of Hawaii Army National Guard troops working to haul away debris.
