Letter: Curious case of too-low storm rainfall forecast

With three rounds of torrential rains and flooding, counting the two Kona- lows and the Manoa and Palolo valleys’ flash flooding, I cannot understand or comprehend AccuWeather’s record-keeping that is printed in the Star-Advertiser’s weather section.
