Letter: No surprise if Trump’s FEMA doesn’t aid Hawaii

I don’t think we should be surprised if the Federal Emergency Management Agency shuns Hawaii and our governor’s request for $900 million in flood relief (90% of at least $1 billion). We may need to find the money elsewhere.
