Kauai man sentenced to 45 years in prison for grooming boys

A 40-year-old former consumer safety inspector for the U.S. Department of Agriculture on Kauai will spend 45 years in federal prison for grooming two minor boys in Fargo, N.D., and Philadelphia and possessing child pornography.
