There’s a new candidate running for Honolulu Prosecutor.
He currently works in the Criminal Justice Division in the Attorney General’s office. He was also a deputy prosecuting attorney for 23 years.
Takata is a graduate of the University of Hawaii at Manoa.and Case Western Law School in Ohio.
He is running against current Prosecutor Keith Kaneshiro and Defense Attorney Myles Breiner.
Kevin Takata announced his candidacy today.
