Honolulu police are investigating an attempted kidnapping that happened at a parking lot at Ala Moana Center.
Police say it happened on the fourth floor near Sears.
They say the 29-year-old woman was walking to her car at 7:30 a.m. Monday when a man came from behind and put a bag over her head.
The victim says she fell to the ground and fought him off.
Police say the woman got a good look at the suspect and the 18-year-old man was caught a short time later.
