The median home price jumped 2.6 percent…to $600,000 dollars.
The number of sales dropped by 5 percent.
For condos, the median price climbed 4.6 percent to $319,000 dollars.
The number of sales fell 9.5 percent.
Analysts say the prices are an indication that the market is continuing to recover.
