Maui County officials are asking for the public’s help in finding a missing teenager.

Rachel Ann Dack, 17, is the daughter of Planning Department Supervisor Jeffrey Dack.

She was last seen at Kahului Airport on Thursday, April 28 when she failed to board a flight to return to a medical facility on the mainland.

Rachel has a potentially life threatening medical condition and was carrying only a limited supply of her medication.

She is described as 5 foot 4 inches tall, 185 pounds, has black hair and is of mostly Filipino heritage.

She was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, pants, a belt and a white baseball cap that reads "I hate seagulls."

Anyone who sees Dack should call 911 and notify Maui police.
