Police return to Pearl City to search for missing Waipahu mother

The search for a missing Waipahu mother has now entered its 9th day.

Honolulu polce returned to Lehua Avenue Tuesday searching for 39-year-old Loida Wideman who was last seen on Mother’s Day night. 

Police officers were on bikes in the Pearl City area where Wideman’s car was found last week.

Police say there are no new leads in the case and that Tuesday’s search was simply an effort to cover more ground.
