One lane of Pahoa Avenue is closed between 15th and 16th Avenues as Board of Water Supply crews work to repair a 6-inch water main break.
The break was reported at about 5 p.m. Wednesday afternoon. Twenty-one customers are without water at this time.
Motorists are advised to avoid the area if possible.
Repairwork will continue overnight, but is expected to be completed before morning rush hour.
