Oahu man arrested after chest bumping HPD officer

A 29-year-old man was arrested early Sunday morning for allegedly harassing a Honolulu police officer.

Police say officers were sent to Tsukiji’s Restaurant to investigate a report of a man refusing to leave.

Upon their arrival, police say the man walked up to officers in a fighting stance and began yelling, "What’s up dog, what’s up dog," as he chest bumped the officer.

The man was then placed under arrest for harassment on a police officer.
