HONOLULU (AP) – The Queen Liliuokalani Trust has a new manager for property management and administration.
The trust says Tracy Packer is to be primarily responsible for management of its developed property portfolio.
The trust was established by Hawaii‘s last ruling monarch Queen Liliuokalani to serve and provide for orphaned and destitute children.
Trust assets include about 6,400 acres of land, mostly in Kona.
Packer previously worked at the Honolulu Waldorf School in finance and operation areas including human resources and cash management.
She has a bachelor of business administration degree in human resource management from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
