Heavy Rain, Flooding Closes Kamehameha Highway, Hanalei Bridge

Honolulu Police closed both lanes of Kamehameha Highway between Waihole and Waikane Valley Roads, and Kauai police closed the Hanalei Bridge after heavy rains caused flooded conditions in those areas.
