Heavy Rain, Flooding Closed Kamehameha Highway, Hanalei Bridge

Honolulu Police have now reopend both lanes of Kamehameha Highway between Waihole and Waikane Valley Roads, while Kauai police are still closing the Hanalei Bridge after heavy rains caused flooded conditions in those areas.
