The suspect in last month’s shooting at Aiea Shopping Center was caught with the drug crystal methamphetamine inside his hotel room.
That’s according to court documents.
Joseph Pasion, 31, was celebrating his birthday at an Aiea bowling alley — where he got into a confrontation with security and later with his alleged victim.
The shooting happened after the suspect and victim went outside into the parking lot.
Pasion was arrested several days later at a hotel near the airport.
He’s charged with attempted murder and firearms offenses and is being held on $350,000.
