Waipahu teenager’s dream comes true

The Make-A-Wish Foundation makes a lot of dreams come true…sending kids on exotic vacations or to meet their favorite celebrity.

On Monday, a 17-year-old Waipahu boy was surprised with something much simpler, but just as meaningful.

Jacob Edralin came home from school to find a garage full of snap-on tools.

Edralin is battling a brain tumor and asked the make a wish foundation for tools so he and his dad could work together to finish fixing up his old pickup truck.

“Snap-on tools” made it happen.

Edralin also received his special request – a mini screwdriver that he says will be key to getting his truck up and running.
