A Bon Dance was held Saturday night at Koboji Shingon Mission in Kalihi.
Bon dances are annual events at many Buddhist temples across Hawaii during the summer months to remember loved ones who’ve passed on.
There was also a Bon Dance at Waipahu Hongwanji, and Haleiwa Shingon Mission.
