At about 8:15 p.m. Wednesday a woman in her mid 50s was hit by a vehicle near the intersection of Waimano Home road and Leomele Street.
She was taken to a hospital in critical condition.
Waimano Home Road was closed while police investigated. It reopened just after 11:00 p.m.
