HECO crews have restored power to all the homes by 7:30 a.m.

A car hit a pole knocking out power to residents in Palolo around 4:30 a.m. Thursday on 10th Ave. and Kiwila Street.
Initially 1,200 homes were without power. HECO crews have restored power to more than half of the homes. About 500 homes are still without power.
