Unsettled weather will slowly move away from the state tonight. Trade wind weather is in store for the rest of the weekend with high clouds lingering over the smaller islands into Sunday and will remain moderate through Wednesday.
On Wednesday, a cold front passing through the north Pacific is expected to push the high pressure to the northeast of the islands farther south to a position east northeast of the state, and this position will turn winds out of a east southeast direction – making Wednesday a hot and humid day with some haze and vog being swept up from the Big Island.
Tradewinds are expected to return by the end of the week.
