California Avenue in Wahiawa is back open after being closed for much of the early morning hours.
This is a look at the fixed pole at 4 a.m. Thursday, in front of Leilehua High School. It is a much different scene than it was last night at 11 p.m., when a car ran into the pole and knocked it over.
Northbound traffic was shut down on California Avenue between North Cane and Uuku Streets.
HECO crews finished up the repairs just before 3 a.m. Thursday.
The driver of the car was not seriously injured.
