Speed and alcohol appear to be factors in a crash that sent two people to the hospital.
The crash happened around 2:30 a.m. Sunday on Auiki Street in Kalihi.
Police say the driver of a car lost control of his vehicle and struck a parked vehicle.
He was taken to the hospital in good condition. His passenger, an adult female, was taken to the Queen’s Medical Center in critical condition.
