Nine people were arrested in a gambling bust on Maui.
It happened on Thursday, August 16 on Kaikai Street in Wailuku.
Maui police executed a search warrant on the house and saw an in-progress card game was being conducted within the living room of the residence.
The following suspects were placed under arrest for gambling offences:
Khanhnha VANHTHA was arrested and charged for Promoting Gambling II and Possession of a Gambling Device. VANHTHA’S bail was set at $400.00.
Justin I. CHOCK was arrested and charged for Gambling. CHOCK’S bail was set at $200.00.
Lyle RICHARDS was placed under arrest for Gambling. RICHARDS’ bail was set at $200.00
Scott ROSARIO was placed under arrest for Gambling. ROSARIO’S bail was set at $200.00
Cary K. ROSARIO was placed under arrest for Gambling. ROSARIO’S bail was set at $200.00
David P. YOKOYAMA was placed under arrest for Gambling. YOKOYAMA’S bail was set at $200.00
Gavin C. PETRIE was placed under arrest for Gambling. PETRIE’S bail was set at $200.00.
Thomas J. BORGES was placed under arrest for Gambling. BORGES’S bail was set at $200.00
Clyde M. IMAI was placed under arrest for Gambling. IMAI’S bail was set at $200.00
