Honolulu police have arrested a 22-year-old man after receiving a report of a hostage situation at the Moanalua Terrace Navy Housing.
Police say the suspect walked into the home, where he lives, armed with a shotgun. The suspect’s wife was inside the home, along with several of her friends and their infant children. The victims told police they felt afraid for their lives and ran out of the home with the children, leaving the suspect’s wife inside.
Police were called to the scene and the man surrendered. He was arrested for 1st degree Terroristic Threatening.
