The Oregonian is reporting this morning that 2010 Saint Louis graduate and redshirt freshman Marcus Mariota will be the Ducks’ starting quarterback.
Oregon, which is ranked 5th in both the USA Today Coaches and Associated Press top 25 polls, will play host to Arkansas State September 1st.
