Campaign officials for Hawaii Congressional candidate Tulsi Gabbard says she filed a report with the Honolulu Police Department after she received a death threat via text message.
Officials say Gabbard received the text Thursday morning.
They believe the message came from California.
Honolulu police are investigating.
