A car smashed into a popular Pearl City restaurant Friday afternoon.
Police were called about 3:30 p.m. to the Shiro’s Saimin in the Waimalu Shopping Center.
Witnesses said the car crashed through the door, striking the seats and booths far inside.
They thought the accelerator on the vehicle might have been stuck.
Luckily, no one was hurt.
