Honda is recalling about 489,000 CR-Vs in Europe and the United States due to a potential fire hazard.
The company says rain may be able to get into the power window switch on the driver’s side, which could cause it to overheat and catch fire. The recall affects 2002 to 2006 models.
A Honda spokeswoman says five fires have been reported due to the issue, but no crashes or injuries so far.
This is Honda’s third major recall in a week
