Honolulu police are searching for the person who attacked a bicyclist with a knife.
It happened around 5:15 p.m. Tuesday evening on Tantalus Drive.
Police say the victim was near one of the lookout areas when a man in a Red Honda cut the victim for no apparent reason. The suspect then took off.
Police say he was about 6’3" with a thin build. He was wearing a grey polo shirt, black pants, and had a shaved head.
The victim was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Police have opened an assault case.
