Crews are busy cleaning up the Moanalua Stream.
A problem with a generator at Kaiser Moanalua hospital caused diesel fuel to spill into the water.
Kaiser officials say the spill happened last week Wednesday and say they have contracted a private company to clean the spill.
The department of health was notified of the spill and says most of the fuel has been cleared.
