A Handi-Van driver is accused of inappropriately touching a passenger.
The 54 year-old driver was arrested on suspicion of sex assault yesterday.
Police say the 24-year old mentally handicapped woman reported the alleged incident to police two days ago.
Handi-Van officials say the driver has been with the company for five years.
He’s been suspended without pay. He has not been charged yet.
