Honolulu Police police arrested an 11-year-old boy for sexual assault after he allegedly broke into a woman’s home and touched her private area.
According to police, the incident happened at around 9 a.m. Thursday at home on Waipa Lane. According to police, the victim said she was asleep at her home, but she was awakened by the suspect allegedly touching her. Police say the victim also saw another boy, a 13-year-old, in her home. Police say the two boys fled the home, but were later identified, located, and arrested.
Police arrested both boys for burglary. The 11-year-old was also arrested for sexual assault in the third degree.
