7.7 magnitude quake strikes off Canada, no tsunami warning for Hawaii

A 7.7 magnitude quake struck off of Canada’s west coast near British Columbia causing a tsunami warning for the west coast of the mainland. That warning does not apply to Hawaii, according to the Pacific Tsunami Warning Center.
