Kids let loose at Keiki Motocross track

It was a busy day at the track for motocross riders on Sand Island.

It was appreciation day at the Keiki Motocross track, a day of fun for all those who helped build the track, especially the kids.

Kids as young as four-years-old tore up the track specially designed for little riders, speeding over jumps and turns.

Although it might look dangerous, track owners say it’s not only safe, but it’s good for kids too.

"Let the kids come out here and just cut loose. I’d say its constructive fun, very athletic, very demanding and at the end of the day they’re all tired," said Wayne Rhoden of Keiki Motocross.

And if your kids aren’t into biking there’s also a go-kart track as well.
