Campaign pushes for high quality and affordable preschool program

There’s a new campaign out that focuses solely on preschool students.

It urges state lawmakers to vote in favor of funding a program for all four year-olds.

The idea is to have a high quality, affordable program for pre-schoolers across the state regardless if they can pay for it.

"We need to take a look at how we prioritize and start investing earlier. And ultimately it’ll be better for our community in terms of long term workforce development, graduation rates, everything down the line," said Executive director for Good Beginning and Alliance, Deborah Zysman.

The campaign is called "Be My Voice."
