There was an early morning accident on Waialae Avenue between 8th and 9th Avenue in Kaimuki.
It happened just after 2:30 a.m. Wednesday.
Traffic is being re-routed around the area at this hour. Motorists are advised to use caution in the area due to low hanging electrical wires in the affected area mainly on Waialae Avenue.
Woman in her 20s was arrested for DUI.
