According to the court filing, the teacher worked at the school from the 1970′s through the 90′s.
Damien School is also named in the lawsuit along with the Roman Catholic Church in Hawaii.
"He came to Damien twice, both times he was removed for allegations of abuse that parents were never informed of," said Joelle Casteix, victim advocate.
"It also includes abuse that is outside of school grounds. It accuses him of showing of showing pornography," said Patrick Wall, victim advocate.
A new Hawaii law went into effect in April, opening a two-year window for victims of sexual abuse to come forward, even if the statute of limitations expired.
Damien School said it has not yet been served with the lawsuit.
