A man accused of orchestrating the UH Stevie wonder concert scam is set to appear in court on Tuesday.
A federal detention hearing for Marc Hubbard is scheduled to take place in North Carolina.
Authorities say Hubbard convinced others to work with him on the pre-meditated scam and spent some of the university’s $200,000 on personal expenses.
Hubbard is in custody on charges of wire fraud.
