Kaneohe-bound traffic was being turned around on Kahekili Highway near Ahuimanu Road, after a motor vehicle accident. It has since been reopened.
Police say no one suffered life-threatening injuries in the accident, but the road was been closed to repair a leaning utility pole that was hit in the accident.
Hawaiian Electric officials say there are no customers affected at this time and HECO crews are on the scene.
