University of Notre Dame linebacker Manti Te’o is a finalist for the Heisman Trophy along with Texas A&M quarterback Johnny Manziel and Kansas State quarterback Collin Klein.
Earlier Monday, Te’o was named the winner of the collegiate Butkus Award, which recognized him as the nation’s best linebacker.
The 78th annual Heisman Trophy presentation will be televised Saturday, Dec. 8 on ESPN.
