Congresswoman-elect Tulsi Gabbard had a busy day in Los Angeles.
Monday she met up with world boxing champion Manny Pacquiao.
Gabbard presented Pacquiao with a flag that was flown over the Hawaii state capitol.
She also gave him an honorary certificate to mark what she says is a commitment to work together for their communities.
Pacquiao is a congressman in the Philippines.
During the primary election, he endorsed Gabbard in her bid for congressional district two.
