TRAFFIC ALERT: HPD closing parts of H-1, H-3 freeways from 8 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.

Honolulu Police will shut down portions of the H-1 and H-3 freeways again Tuesday night between the Honolulu International Airport and Windward Oahu. Portions of Kaneohe Bay Drive will also be closed.
