Hanapepe, Eleele, Kalaheo need to conserve water

Kauai County’s Department of Water is asking customers in Hanapepe, Eleele and Kalaheo to conserve water due to a power failure that occurred Tuesday night, which affected source wells in the Hanapepe valley.
