Board of Water Supply crews are responding to 4-inch watermain break in on Akanoho Place in Pupukea.
It happened about 4:45 p.m. Sunday.
A BWS spokesperson said 28 customers are affected.
Water is available at 59-611 Akanoho Place from a hydrant and at 59-575 Akanoho Place from a water wagon.
Repairs are expected to continue throughout the night.
