Two men were charged on Thursday in the robbery of the Pukalani First Hawaiian Bank branch.
25 year-old Richard L.K. Vance and 28 year-old Michael Santino Sobel were both charged for robbery, terroristic threatening and kidnapping. Their total Bails were placed at $105,000.00 each.
The robbery was on Tuesday, Feb. 19 at 3:10 p.m.
