On Kauai, the Kalaheo Post Office will have a bit of repairing to do after a pickup truck crashed into the facility. Repairs are expected to be complete around the end of May.
It happened around 11:00 a.m. Sunday, Mar. 10.
An 87-year-old man was driving the truck.
The man did not sustain any injuries. His 85-year-old wife, who was also in the vehicle, was not injured.
The Kalaheo Post Office will be open Monday as scheduled.
The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
