Pflueger found not guilty of tax fraud

James Pflueger, the former owner of Pflueger Auto, has been found not guilty on charges of tax fraud and conspiracy.

The Justice Department alleges that since 2003, Pflueger paid tens of thousands in personal and family expenses out of the company and wrote them off as business expenses.

He also allegedly moved $14 million to a Swiss bank account.

The now 87-year-old Pflueger was indicted in 2010 and maintained his innocence throughout the court proceedings.
